Ferro Tech India Private Limited (FTIPL): FTIPL exclusively represents Companhia Brasileira de Metalurgia e Mineração (CBMM), Brazil for the supply of Ferro Niobium and Niobium products to the Indian Steel Industry. It is also entrusted with expanding Niobium Market in the Russian Steel industry.

Ferro Tech Trading Private Limited (FTTPL): FTTPL is involved in trading and representations of products related to the Oil & Gas, Steel Industry and other allied sectors.

B & P Shipping & Chartering Services (B&P): B & P is the shipping arm of the Ferro Tech Group and a subdivision of FTTPL. The company provides tailor made Shipping and Logistical solutions for  very elite clientele.

Sideco Ferro Tech India Private Limited (SiFTI): SiFTI is a 50: 50 joint venture with M/s. Sideco S.p.A of Italy. This division is primarily focused on presenting packaged solutions for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power and allied sectors utilizing not only our international vendor base but also promoting Quality Indian Manufacturers and suppliers. Sideco is already an established name in the chemical and petrochemical industries, as a reliable supplier   for tubes, pipe-fittings, flanges and other accessories in all type of steel/ special alloys.
